postheadericon Brown gravy

S.No     Ingredients                       Quantity
1.          Onions                             250gms.
2.          Tomatoes                        250gms.
3.          Oil                                      50ml.
4.          Browned onion paste        80gms.
5.          Ginger                               15gms.
6.          Garlic                                15gms.
7.          Chilli powder                     15gms.
8.          Coriander powder             15gms.
9.          Turmeric powder                5gms.
10.        Salt                                   To taste

Method :
Heat oil, and add ginger & garlic paste.
Add chilli powder, coriander powder & turmeric powder.
Add browned onion paste.
When the gravy is cooked add salt.
Finish the gravy when oil forms on top.
