Green gravy
S.No Ingredients Quantity
1. Spinach 500gms.
2. Onions 100gms.
3. Tomatoes 50gms.
4. Oil 50ml.
5. Ginger 15gms.
6. Garlic 30gms.
7. Chilli powder 15gms.
8. Coriander powder 15gms.
9. Turmeric powder 5gms.
10. Salt To taste
11. Cumin powder 10gms.
Method :
Heat oil, and add ginger & garlic paste. Add boiled onion paste, tomatoes paste,
Add chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder & turmeric powder.
Add blanched spinach paste.
When the gravy is cooked add salt.
Finish the gravy when oil forms on top.
