postheadericon Kadaai gravy

S.No     Ingredients              Quantity
1.         Tomatoes                500gms.
2.         Oil                              50ml.
3.         Ginger                       25gms.
4.         Garlic                        25gms.
5.         Chilli paste               15gms.
6.         Salt                          To taste
7.         Kasoori methi          20gms.

Method :
Heat oil, and add ginger & garlic paste.
Add chilli paste, and tomato puree.
When the gravy is cooked add salt and kasoori methi.
Finish the gravy when oil forms on top.
