Kadaai gravy
S.No Ingredients Quantity
1. Tomatoes 500gms.
2. Oil 50ml.
3. Ginger 25gms.
4. Garlic 25gms.
5. Chilli paste 15gms.
6. Salt To taste
7. Kasoori methi 20gms.
Method :
Heat oil, and add ginger & garlic paste.
Add chilli paste, and tomato puree.
When the gravy is cooked add salt and kasoori methi.
Finish the gravy when oil forms on top.
