postheadericon Makhni gravy

S.No     Ingredients     Quantity
1.    Onions        250gms.
2.    Tomatoes        250gms.
3.    Oil        50ml.
4.    Ginger        15gms.
5.    Garlic        15gms.
6.    Cashew nuts    50gms.
7.    Kasoori methi    20gms.
8.    Almonds        50gms.
9.    Mint leaves    20gms.
10.    Coriander leaves    20gms.
11.    Chilli powder    15gms.
12.    Turmeric powder    5gms.
13.    Salt        To taste
14.    Butter        60gms.

Method :
Heat oil,  and add ginger & garlic paste.
Add onion paste and tomato paste.
Add chilli powder & turmeric powder.
Add mint leaf paste and coriander leaves paste.
When the gravy is cooked add salt.
For thickening add almonds, cashew nuts paste.
Add kasoori methi in ghee and add to gravy
Finish the gravy when oil forms on top.
