1.          Hung curd                     1 ltr.
2.          Turmeric powder         5gms.
3.          Asafoetida                    3gms.
4.          Green chillies              20gms.
5.          Ginger                         10gms.
6.          Bengalgram flour        15gms.
7.          Oil                               30ml.
8.          Garlic                         15gms.
9.          Mustard seeds            5gms.
10.        Salt                           To taste

Method :
Heat oil, mustard seeds, ginger & garlic paste and asafoetida.
Mix curd with turmeric powder.
Add the curd mixture & add salt.
