Coconut chutney
Ingredients and quantity
- Grated coconut – 100gms.
- Black gram dal – 5gms.
- Bengal gram dal – 5gms.
- Mustard seeds – 3gms.
- Green chillies slit – 8gms.
- Oil – 10ml.
- Ginger – 5gms.
- Curry leaves – 2sprigs
- Salt – To taste
Method of preparation
- Grate the coconut, add green chillies, ginger and salt. Grind well.
- Temper the chutney by heating oil, add mustard seeds and crackle. Adding Bengal gram dal, black gram dal, curry leaves and add to the ground chutney.
