Kelvaragu puttu
Ingredients and quantity
- Ragi flour – 200gms.
- Coconut – 1no.
- Salt – 10gms.
- Palm sugar – 100gms.
- Cardamom – 3-4nos.
Method of preparation
- Broil the ragi flour. (cooking without oil)
- Grate the coconut.
- Add salt & water to the flour and mix without any lumps.
- Cook it in a puttu maker (steam).
- Serve the puttu hot mixed with grated coconut, palm sugar & powdered cardamom.
