Ingredients and quantity
- Greem gram dhal – 100gms
- Salt – 5gms
- Sugar – 50gms
- Cardamom – 2gms
- Coconut – ½no.
- Hollow green bamboo from one side closed.
Method of preparation
- Steam the green gram dhal, pound it into powder add pinch of salt.
- Put the mixture in the bamboo, steam it Covering the other end with plantain leaf.
- Serve hot with grated coconut, pounded cardamom and sugar.
