Ingredients and quantity

  • Semolina (Rava/sooji) – 100gms.
  • Refined flour – 50gms.
  • Salt – To taste.
  • Coriander leaves – Few sprigs.
  • Pepper corns – 5gms.
  • Oil – 20ml.
  • Curd – 30ml.
  • Cumin – 10gms.

Method of preparation

  1. Make a batter with semolina, refined flour, salt, pepper corns, cumin, coriander leaves and curd.
  2. Season the griddle plate with onions.
  3. Pour the batter in a rectangular shape.
  4. Smear some oil or ghee.
  5. Once the dosa is crisp fold and serve hot.
