Rava Dosa
Ingredients and quantity
- Semolina (Rava/sooji) – 100gms.
- Refined flour – 50gms.
- Salt – To taste.
- Coriander leaves – Few sprigs.
- Pepper corns – 5gms.
- Oil – 20ml.
- Curd – 30ml.
- Cumin – 10gms.
Method of preparation
- Make a batter with semolina, refined flour, salt, pepper corns, cumin, coriander leaves and curd.
- Season the griddle plate with onions.
- Pour the batter in a rectangular shape.
- Smear some oil or ghee.
- Once the dosa is crisp fold and serve hot.
