Ingredients and quantity
- Onions – 250gms.
- Tomatoes – 250gms.
- Oil – 50ml.
- Ginger – 15gms.
- Garlic – 15gms.
- Cashew nuts – 50gms.
- Kasoori methi – 20gms.
- Almonds – 50gms.
- Mint leaves – 20gms.
- Coriander leaves – 20gms.
- Chilli powder – 15gms.
- Turmeric powder – 5gms.
- Salt – To taste
- Butter – 60gms.
- Tandoori chicken shreds – 100gms.
Method of preparation
- Heat oil, and add ginger & garlic paste.
- Add onion paste and tomato paste.
- Add chilli powder & turmeric powder.
- Add mint leaf paste and coriander leaves paste.
- When the gravy is cooked add salt.
- For thickening add almonds, cashew nuts paste.
- Add kasoori methi in ghee and add to gravy
- Finish the gravy when oil forms on top.
- Shred the tandoori chicken and add to the gravy.
