Ingredients and quantity

  • Onions – 250gms.
  • Tomatoes – 250gms.
  • Oil – 50ml.
  • Ginger – 15gms.
  • Garlic – 15gms.
  • Cashew nuts – 50gms.
  • Kasoori methi – 20gms.
  • Almonds – 50gms.
  • Mint leaves – 20gms.
  • Coriander leaves – 20gms.
  • Chilli powder – 15gms.
  • Turmeric powder – 5gms.
  • Salt – To taste
  • Butter – 60gms.
  • Tandoori chicken shreds – 100gms.

Method of preparation

  1. Heat oil, and add ginger & garlic paste.
  2. Add onion paste and tomato paste.
  3. Add chilli powder & turmeric powder.
  4. Add mint leaf paste and coriander leaves paste.
  5. When the gravy is cooked add salt.
  6. For thickening add almonds, cashew nuts paste.
  7. Add kasoori methi in ghee and add to gravy
  8. Finish the gravy when oil forms on top.
  9. Shred the tandoori chicken and add to the gravy.
