Ingredients and quantity
- Chicken breast – 200gms.
- Coriander leaves – 40gms.
- Mint leaves – 20gms.
- Green chilli paste – 5gms.
- Salt – To taste
- Ginger & garlic paste – 15gms.
- Garam masala – 4gms.
- Black pepper – 3gms.
- Curd – 20ml.
- Lemon juice – 3ml.
Method of preparation
- Make a marinade with coriander leaves puree, mint leaves puree, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, black pepper curd and lemon juice.
- Preheat the oven at 150° degree Celsius.
- Skew the chicken in skewers and bake them.
