Ingredients and quantity

  • Chicken breast – 200gms.
  • Coriander leaves – 40gms.
  • Mint leaves – 20gms.
  • Green chilli paste – 5gms.
  • Salt – To taste
  • Ginger & garlic paste – 15gms.
  • Garam masala – 4gms.
  • Black pepper – 3gms.
  • Curd – 20ml.
  • Lemon juice – 3ml.

Method of preparation

  1. Make a marinade with coriander leaves puree, mint leaves puree, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, black pepper curd and lemon juice.
  2. Preheat the oven at 150° degree Celsius.
  3. Skew the chicken in skewers and bake them.
