postheadericon Kadaai chicken

Ingredients and quantity

  • Tomatoes – 500gms.
  • Oil – 50ml.
  • Ginger – 25gms.
  • Garlic – 25gms.
  • Chilli paste – 15gms.
  • Salt – To taste
  • Kasoori methi – 20gms.
  • Chicken – 200gms.
  • Onions cut in to cubes – 30gms.
  • Capsicum cut in to cubes – 30gms.

Method of preparation

  1. Heat oil, and add ginger & garlic paste.
  2. Add chilli paste, and tomato puree.
  3. When the gravy is cooked add salt and kasoori methi.
  4. Finish the gravy when oil forms on top.
  5. Boil the chicken with little water.
  6. Heat oil add the onion cubes and capsicum. Sauté till tender add the chicken and gravy.
