Ingredients and quantity
- Tomatoes – 500gms.
- Oil – 50ml.
- Ginger – 25gms.
- Garlic – 25gms.
- Chilli paste – 15gms.
- Salt – To taste
- Kasoori methi – 20gms.
- Chicken – 200gms.
- Onions cut in to cubes – 30gms.
- Capsicum cut in to cubes – 30gms.
Method of preparation
- Heat oil, and add ginger & garlic paste.
- Add chilli paste, and tomato puree.
- When the gravy is cooked add salt and kasoori methi.
- Finish the gravy when oil forms on top.
- Boil the chicken with little water.
- Heat oil add the onion cubes and capsicum. Sauté till tender add the chicken and gravy.
