Ingredients and quantity

  • Chicken – 300gms.
  • Shallots – 100gms.
  • Cloves – 5gms.
  • Cinnamon – 5gms.
  • Roasted gram – 100gms.
  • Fennel – 10gms.
  • Poppy seeds – 5gms.
  • Coriander leaves – few sprig
  • Curry leaves – 10gms.
  • Egg – 1no.

Method of preparation

  1. Grind all the ingredients except coriander leaves, curry leaves & egg.
  2. Mix with chopped coriander & curry leaves.
  3. Divide into small balls and dip in the beaten egg.
  4. Flatten & fry in the oil till it becomes crisp & well cooked.
