Kozhi vadai
Ingredients and quantity
- Chicken – 300gms.
- Shallots – 100gms.
- Cloves – 5gms.
- Cinnamon – 5gms.
- Roasted gram – 100gms.
- Fennel – 10gms.
- Poppy seeds – 5gms.
- Coriander leaves – few sprig
- Curry leaves – 10gms.
- Egg – 1no.
Method of preparation
- Grind all the ingredients except coriander leaves, curry leaves & egg.
- Mix with chopped coriander & curry leaves.
- Divide into small balls and dip in the beaten egg.
- Flatten & fry in the oil till it becomes crisp & well cooked.
