Ingredients and quantity

  • Chicken – 200gms.
  • Oil – For frying.
  • Garlic & Ginger chopped – 5nos.
  • Chilli powder – 20gms.
  • Coriander powder – 10gms.
  • Salt – To taste
  • Garam masala – 2gms.
  • Kasoori methi – 12gms.
  • Turmeric powder – 3gms.
  • Onions – 40gms.
  • Green chillies chopped – 2nos.

Method of preparation

  1. Boil the chicken with salt, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Drain and store.
  2. Heat oil add chopped ginger, garlic, onions, green chillies, boiled chicken, garam masala and kasoori methi.
  3. Toss the chicken unless the flavour of kasoori methi gets released.
