Ingredients and quantity
- Chicken – 200gms.
- Oil – For frying.
- Garlic & Ginger chopped – 5nos.
- Chilli powder – 20gms.
- Coriander powder – 10gms.
- Salt – To taste
- Garam masala – 2gms.
- Kasoori methi – 12gms.
- Turmeric powder – 3gms.
- Onions – 40gms.
- Green chillies chopped – 2nos.
Method of preparation
- Boil the chicken with salt, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Drain and store.
- Heat oil add chopped ginger, garlic, onions, green chillies, boiled chicken, garam masala and kasoori methi.
- Toss the chicken unless the flavour of kasoori methi gets released.
