Ingredients and quantity

  • Ingredients for White gravy – 300gms.
  • Nutmeg grated – ΒΌ of a pinch
  • Chicken curry cut – 300gms.
  • Milk – 100ml.
  • Fried Cashew nuts – 10gms.
  • Green chillies (slit) – 2nos.

Method of preparation

  1. Make white gravy.
  2. Boil the chicken with salt and green chillies.
  3. Heat the gravy add the boiled chicken. Loosen the gravy with milk.
  4. Garnish with fried cashew nuts.
