Moghalai Chicken curry
Ingredients and quantity
- Ingredients for White gravy – 300gms.
- Nutmeg grated – ΒΌ of a pinch
- Chicken curry cut – 300gms.
- Milk – 100ml.
- Fried Cashew nuts – 10gms.
- Green chillies (slit) – 2nos.
- Get the link from basic gravies (white gravy).
Method of preparation
- Make white gravy.
- Boil the chicken with salt and green chillies.
- Heat the gravy add the boiled chicken. Loosen the gravy with milk.
- Garnish with fried cashew nuts.
