S.no INGREDIENTS QUANTITY
1. EGGS 4-8NOS.
2. BUTTER / OIL 25GMS.

METHOD:
1. Heat a non stick fry pan and add oil or butter to it.
2. Break the egg pour it on the pan.
3. Heat the pan gradually and do not over heat.

SUNNY SIDE UP
The yolk should be looking like a sun on the cloud. Use one egg per portion.

SINGLE FRIED EGG
The yolk should be half done. But, turn the eggs to both sides. Use one egg per portion.

BULL’S EYE
The yolk should be looking like the eyes of a bull. Use two eggs per portion.

DOUBLE FRIED EGG
The yolk should be half done. But, turn the eggs to both sides. Use two eggs per portion.
