  • EGGS – 8NOS.
  • SALT – TO TASTE
  • WHITE PEPPER – TO TASTE
  • BUTTER – 50GMS.

Method of preparation

  1. In a bowl beat the eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Keep aside.
  2. Melt butter in a pan, add the beaten eggs.
  3. Turn it like the shape of a moon.
