S.no INGREDIENTS QUANTITY
1. EGGS 8NOS.
2. WHITE VINEGAR 2TBSP.

METHOD:
1. Boil water and bring to simmer.
2. Add vinegar and little salt to water.
3. Carefully break in the egg.
4. Turn the sides towards the egg. Make the shape of an egg before it sets.
5. Once you get a standard outer covering when the yolk is half done. Remove from the liquid and serve hot.

PS. You can also place biscuit cutter in the liquid and pour the egg inside to get a fancy shape.
