Ingredients and quantity
- EGGS – 12NOS.
- SWEATED ONIONS – 25GMS.
- SALT – TO TASTE
- WHITE PEPPER – TO TASTE
- BUTTER – 50GMS.
- TOMATO CONCASSE – 25GMS.
- PARSLEY – 10GMS.
- RED PIMENTO – 3GMS.
Method of preparation
- In a bowl beat the eggs. Add milk. Season with salt and pepper. Keep aside.
- Melt butter in a pan, add the beaten eggs and add the sweated onions.
- Add the pimentos and chopped parsley.
