Ingredients and quantity

  • EGGS – 12NOS.
  • SWEATED ONIONS – 25GMS.
  • SALT – TO TASTE
  • WHITE PEPPER – TO TASTE
  • BUTTER – 50GMS.
  • TOMATO CONCASSE – 25GMS.
  • PARSLEY – 10GMS.
  • RED PIMENTO – 3GMS.

Method of preparation

  1. In a bowl beat the eggs. Add milk. Season with salt and pepper. Keep aside.
  2. Melt butter in a pan, add the beaten eggs and add the sweated onions.
  3. Add the pimentos and chopped parsley.
