Ingredients and quantity
- Pomfret fish – 1kg.
- Turmeric powder – 2gms.
- Salt – to taste
- Lemon – 4nos.
- Pepper powder – 10gms.
- Green chilly paste – 10gms.
- Oil – 25ml.
- Ginger garlic paste – 25gms.
- Onions 50gms.
- Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
- Coconut milk – 300ml.
- Coriander leaves – for garnish
- Potato – 250gms.
Method of preparation
- Marinate the fish with turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice green chilly paste and white pepper powder.
- Heat coconut oil, fry the fish and set aside.
- In the same oil Add the curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, onions, potato and add salt.
- Add the fish and add the coconut milk. Bring to boil. Garnish with coriander leaves.
