Ingredients and quantity

  • Refined flour – 1/2kg.
  • Eggs – 4 nos.
  • Grated coconut – 100gms.
  • Onions – 100gms.
  • Ginger Garlic paste – 5gms.
  • Green chili – 4nos.
  • Oil – 45ml.
  • Salt – to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Make a dough with maida.
  2. Heat oil add the chopped ginger, garlic, green chilles, onions, coconut, and salt.
  3. Sheet the maida balls in to thin sheets. Apply the egg mixture in the centre and spread the filling.
  4. Roll from all sides to make a square.
  5. In a tawa genourously pour oil and fry the parathas till they are golden brown and crispy.
