Ingredients and quantity
- Refined flour – 1/2kg.
- Eggs – 4 nos.
- Grated coconut – 100gms.
- Onions – 100gms.
- Ginger Garlic paste – 5gms.
- Green chili – 4nos.
- Oil – 45ml.
- Salt – to taste
Method of preparation
- Make a dough with maida.
- Heat oil add the chopped ginger, garlic, green chilles, onions, coconut, and salt.
- Sheet the maida balls in to thin sheets. Apply the egg mixture in the centre and spread the filling.
- Roll from all sides to make a square.
- In a tawa genourously pour oil and fry the parathas till they are golden brown and crispy.
