Ingredients and quantity
- Mutton cubes – 650gms
- Cardamom powder – 3gms.
- Onions – 320gms.
- Tomatoes (pureed) – 120gms.
- Salt – to taste.
- Ghee – 40ml.
- Cashewnut paste – 20gms.
- Green chilli – 10gms.
- Ginger – 20gms.
- Garlic – 20gms.
- Garam masala – 8gms.
- Saffron – 1gm.
- Curd – 120ml.
- Oil – 50ml.
- Garam masala – 5gms.
Method of preparation
- Marinate the mutton with ginger garlic paste and slit green chillies.
- Heat oil and ghee together and add the mutton, onions and tomato puree.
- Add the cashewnut paste, salt and cardamom powder.
- Add water and cook till the mutton is tender. Finally add the garam masala and salt.
- Finish it with cream.
