Ingredients and quantity

  • Ears (lamb) – 2Nos.
  • Mutton (Minced boneless) – 100gms.
  • Shallots – 50gms.
  • Chilly powder – 25gms.
  • Coriander powder – 25gms.
  • Cumin Powder – 25gms.
  • Turmeric Powder – 25gms.
  • Ginger – 10gms.
  • Garlic – 10gms.
  • Salt – 5gms.

Method of preparation

  1. Remove the hairs from ears and marinate with turmeric, cumin powder, salt and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in the pan, add shallots, ginger, garlic paste, minced mutton, chilly powder, coriander powder and salt.
  3. Stuff the mixture in to the ears and cook on grill or open fire.
