Ingredients and quantity
- Ears (lamb) – 2Nos.
- Mutton (Minced boneless) – 100gms.
- Shallots – 50gms.
- Chilly powder – 25gms.
- Coriander powder – 25gms.
- Cumin Powder – 25gms.
- Turmeric Powder – 25gms.
- Ginger – 10gms.
- Garlic – 10gms.
- Salt – 5gms.
Method of preparation
- Remove the hairs from ears and marinate with turmeric, cumin powder, salt and set aside.
- Heat oil in the pan, add shallots, ginger, garlic paste, minced mutton, chilly powder, coriander powder and salt.
- Stuff the mixture in to the ears and cook on grill or open fire.
