Ingredients and quantity
- Rice 1 kg.
- Ghee 150gms.
- Onions 350gms.
- Ginger – 25gms.
- Lemon – 15ml.
- Pepper powder – 5gms.
- Coriander powder – 5gms.
- Asafoetida – 2gms.
- Cinnamon – 3gms.
- Cardamom – 3gms.
- Cloves – 2 gms.
- Oil – 25ml.
Method of preparation
- Heat oil Add the cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, ginger paste and onions and rice. Add coriander powder, pepper powder and salt.
- Add water add lemon juice and finally dum with ghee.
