Chola kanji
Ingredients and quantity
- Fresh Corn – 100gms.
- Buttermilk – 100ml.
- Water – as required
- Salt – to taste
Method of preparation
- Wash the corn and soak it for 10 minutes. Wash again.
- Take a vessel and add corn 1:3 ratio of water and boil till tender.
- When it is cooked strain the water and add the salt in it.
- Mash the corn well and add buttermilk before serving.
