Ingredients and quantity

  • Fresh Corn – 100gms.
  • Buttermilk – 100ml.
  • Water – as required
  • Salt – to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Wash the corn and soak it for 10 minutes. Wash again.
  2. Take a vessel and add corn 1:3 ratio of water and boil till tender.
  3. When it is cooked strain the water and add the salt in it.
  4. Mash the corn well and add buttermilk before serving.
