Ingredients and quantity
- Saamai Rice – 150gms.
- Green Gram Dhal – 50gms.
- Black gram dal – 10gms.
- Horse gram dal – 25gms.
- Cumin – 5gms.
- Pepper – 5gms.
- Salt – to taste.
- Coriander Leaves – to garnish
Method of preparation
- Roast saamai rice, Green gram dal, black gram add water and boil.
- Temper Cumin & Pepper
- Check for Salt
- Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves.
