Ingredients and quantity

  • Saamai Rice – 150gms.
  • Green Gram Dhal – 50gms.
  • Black gram dal – 10gms.
  • Horse gram dal – 25gms.
  • Cumin – 5gms.
  • Pepper – 5gms.
  • Salt – to taste.
  • Coriander Leaves – to garnish

Method of preparation

  1. Roast saamai rice, Green gram dal, black gram add water and boil.
  2. Temper Cumin & Pepper
  3. Check for Salt
  4. Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves.
