Parotta
Ingredients and quantity
- Flour – 300gms.
- Oil – 30ml
- Salt – To taste.
- Egg – 1no.
- Sugar – 10gms.
- Soda bi carbonate – 2gms.
Method of preparation
- Sieve the flour with soda bi carbonate. Make a bay in the center of the flour.
- Add salt, egg, sugar. Add sufficient water and knead well.
- Leave the dough to rest.
- Roll in to balls and sheet well. Make a parotta fry well in a griddle.
