Ingredients and quantity

  • Flour – 300gms.
  • Oil – 30ml
  • Salt – To taste.
  • Egg – 1no.
  • Sugar – 10gms.
  • Soda bi carbonate – 2gms.

Method of preparation

  1. Sieve the flour with soda bi carbonate. Make a bay in the center of the flour.
  2. Add salt, egg, sugar. Add sufficient water and knead well.
  3. Leave the dough to rest.
  4. Roll in to balls and sheet well. Make a parotta fry well in a griddle.
