Phulka
Ingredients and quantity
- Wheat flour – 150gms.
- Oil – 30ml.
- salt – To taste.
- Butter / clarified butter – 10gms.
Method of preparation
- Mix butter or clarified butter, salt, wheat flour and adequate amount of water to knead smooth dough.
- Leave it for an hour. Make equal sized balls, smear them with dry flour and roll them out on a rolling board.
- Heat a griddle. Put the phulka on it.
- Use a phulka puffer and place the half griddle done phulka and toss on a direct flame.
- Serve hot.
