Scrambled eggs
S.no INGREDIENTS QUANTITY
1. EGGS 8NOS.
2. MILK 2TBSP.
3. SALT TO TASTE
4. WHITE PEPPER TO TASTE
5. BUTTER 50GMS.
METHOD:
1. In a bowl beat the eggs. Add milk. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Melt butter in a pan, add the beaten eggs and keep stirring continuously.
3. While it is still greasy remove and serve in an egg dish. A spoon of Cream may also be added at this point.
