Athurasam nei vazhaipazham
Ingredients and quantity
- Rice flour – 400gms.
- Jaggery syrup – 500ml.
- Banana – 5nos.
- Ghee – 50ml.
Method of preparation
- Mix rice flour & jaggery syrup to a dough and rest it for one hour.
- Roll and deep fry it in oil till golden brown.
- Mash and mix banana with ghee. Serve as accompaniment to athurasam.
