Ingredients and quantity

  • Rice flour – 400gms.
  • Jaggery syrup – 500ml.
  • Banana – 5nos.
  • Ghee – 50ml.

Method of preparation

  1. Mix rice flour & jaggery syrup to a dough and rest it for one hour.
  2. Roll and deep fry it in oil till golden brown.
  3. Mash and mix banana with ghee. Serve as accompaniment to athurasam.
