Ingredients and quantity

  • Ginger – 50gms.
  • Lemon – 3 nos.
  • Sugar – 50gms.
  • Mint Leaves – for garnish

Method of preparation

  1. Make sugar syrup.
  2. Crush the ginger and squeeze the lemon.
  3. Now with the crushed ginger & lemon juice, add sugar syrup and mix together.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves.
