Ingredients and quantity
- Ginger – 50gms.
- Lemon – 3 nos.
- Sugar – 50gms.
- Mint Leaves – for garnish
Method of preparation
- Make sugar syrup.
- Crush the ginger and squeeze the lemon.
- Now with the crushed ginger & lemon juice, add sugar syrup and mix together.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
