Ingredients and quantity

  • Mullu muringi ilai – 1bunch
  • Palm candy – 50gms.
  • Gingelly oil – for frying
  • Rice flour – 75gms.
  • Salt – a pinch

Method of preparation

  1. Chop the leaves.
  2. mix the all ingredients except oil and make balls flatten them.
  3. Heat oil and deep fry the balls in oil.
