Ingredients and quantity
- Mullu muringi ilai – 1bunch
- Palm candy – 50gms.
- Gingelly oil – for frying
- Rice flour – 75gms.
- Salt – a pinch
Method of preparation
- Chop the leaves.
- mix the all ingredients except oil and make balls flatten them.
- Heat oil and deep fry the balls in oil.
