Ingredients and quantity

  • Colacasia – ½ kg.
  • Sesame seeds – 10gms.
  • Cumin – 10gms.
  • Rice flour – 10gms.
  • Butter – 25gms.
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil – deep fry
  • Red chilli powder – 25gms.

Method of preparation

  1. Boil the colcasia tuber then mash.
  2. Add the sesame seeds and cumin.
  3. Add rice flour with red chilly powder. Salt, and butter, deep fat fry serve hot.
