Seppa then kuzhal
Ingredients and quantity
- Colacasia – ½ kg.
- Sesame seeds – 10gms.
- Cumin – 10gms.
- Rice flour – 10gms.
- Butter – 25gms.
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – deep fry
- Red chilli powder – 25gms.
Method of preparation
- Boil the colcasia tuber then mash.
- Add the sesame seeds and cumin.
- Add rice flour with red chilly powder. Salt, and butter, deep fat fry serve hot.
