Ingredients and quantity
- Crab – 2nos.
- Onion – 25gms.
- Tomato – 20gms.
- Ginger – 5gms.
- Garlic – 5gms.
- Chilli powder – 5gms.
- Coriander powder – 10gms.
- Sadukuppai – 3gms.
- Coriander leaves – ½bunch
- Salt – as required
Method of preparation
- Heat oil in a kadai, add fennel seeds.
- Add chopped onions, saute it.
- Add ginger garlic paste and tomato and Saute it.
- Add crab meat and then add chilli powder coriander powder, salt to it.
- Add required water and allow to boil for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with flesh of crab and coriander leaves.
