Ingredients and quantity

  • Crab – 2nos.
  • Onion – 25gms.
  • Tomato – 20gms.
  • Ginger – 5gms.
  • Garlic – 5gms.
  • Chilli powder – 5gms.
  • Coriander powder – 10gms.
  • Sadukuppai – 3gms.
  • Coriander leaves – ½bunch
  • Salt – as required

Method of preparation

  1. Heat oil in a kadai, add fennel seeds.
  2. Add chopped onions, saute it.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and tomato and Saute it.
  4. Add crab meat and then add chilli powder coriander powder, salt to it.
  5. Add required water and allow to boil for 20 minutes.
  6. Garnish with flesh of crab and coriander leaves.
