Neecha thanni
Ingredients and quantity
- Rice – 100gms.
- Salt – to taste
- Water – as required
- Buttermilk – 50ml.
Method of preparation
- Wash the rice soak it for 20 minutes.
- In the small vessel take 1:5 ratio water and boil it well.
- Add the rice and little salt bring to boil.
- When it was cooked strain the water and allow to cool.
- Add the butter milk in the strained starch water.
- Check seasoning with salt serve it cold.
