Ingredients and quantity

  • Rice – 100gms.
  • Salt – to taste
  • Water – as required
  • Buttermilk – 50ml.

Method of preparation

  1. Wash the rice soak it for 20 minutes.
  2. In the small vessel take 1:5 ratio water and boil it well.
  3. Add the rice and little salt bring to boil.
  4. When it was cooked strain the water and allow to cool.
  5. Add the butter milk in the strained starch water.
  6. Check seasoning with salt serve it cold.
