Ingredients and quantity
- Paruthi kottai – 250gms.
- Turmeric powder – a pinch
- Dried ginger – a small piece
- Palm candy – 100gms.
- Cardamom – 5nos.
Method of preparation
- Soak the Paruthi kottai overnight, and extract milk from it by grinding it.
- Boil the milk and add the turmeric powder, powdered dried ginger, palm candy and crushed cardamom.
- When it is reduced half strain it and serve very hot.
