Ingredients and quantity

  • Paruthi kottai – 250gms.
  • Turmeric powder – a pinch
  • Dried ginger – a small piece
  • Palm candy – 100gms.
  • Cardamom – 5nos.

Method of preparation

  1. Soak the Paruthi kottai overnight, and extract milk from it by grinding it.
  2. Boil the milk and add the turmeric powder, powdered dried ginger, palm candy and crushed cardamom.
  3. When it is reduced half strain it and serve very hot.
