Gulab jamun 2
Ingredients and quantity
- Flour – 50gms.
- Mava – 250gms.
- Cardamom – ΒΌ tsp.
- Oil – For frying
- Sugar – 400gms.
- Soda bi carbonate – 3gms.
Method of preparation
- Make smooth dough with flour and mava (Thickened sweetened milk). Add soda bi carbonate and powdered cardamom.
- Make a sugar syrup and clarify.
- Just before rolling them mix some fresh granule sugar. Roll them in to balls.
- In slow fire deep fry them till they get a golden brown colour on top.
- Soak in sugar syrup.
