Ingredients and quantity

  • Flour – 50gms.
  • Mava – 250gms.
  • Cardamom – ΒΌ tsp.
  • Oil – For frying
  • Sugar – 400gms.
  • Soda bi carbonate – 3gms.

Method of preparation

  1. Make smooth dough with flour and mava (Thickened sweetened milk). Add soda bi carbonate and powdered cardamom.
  2. Make a sugar syrup and clarify.
  3. Just before rolling them mix some fresh granule sugar. Roll them in to balls.
  4. In slow fire deep fry them till they get a golden brown colour on top.
  5. Soak in sugar syrup.
