postheadericon Kulfi with Falooda

Ingredients and quantity

  • Milk – 2ltr.
  • Sugar – 200gms.
  • Cardamom – 4gms.
  • Saffron – 1gms.
  • Corn flour – 10gms.
  • Arrowroot flour – 10gms.

Method of preparation

  1. Thicken the milk with Cashewnut paste and corn flour.
  2. Add sugar and cardamom powder and saffron.
  3. Set in the freezer.
  4. Boil and cool vermicelli.
  5. Spread the vermicelli and top with kulfi.
  6. Finally sprinkle rose syrup and serve.
