Kulfi with Falooda
Ingredients and quantity
- Milk – 2ltr.
- Sugar – 200gms.
- Cardamom – 4gms.
- Saffron – 1gms.
- Corn flour – 10gms.
- Arrowroot flour – 10gms.
Method of preparation
- Thicken the milk with Cashewnut paste and corn flour.
- Add sugar and cardamom powder and saffron.
- Set in the freezer.
- Boil and cool vermicelli.
- Spread the vermicelli and top with kulfi.
- Finally sprinkle rose syrup and serve.
