Muzzafar
Ingredients and quantity
- Rice – 100gms
- Milk – 2 ltrs.
- Sugar – 500gms.
- Saffron – 1gms.
- Ghee – 15gms.
- Whole garam masala – 3gms.
- Almonds – 10gms for garnish.
Method of preparation
- Soak rice in water for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan & add ghee. Now add whole garam masala.
- To this add the soaked rice & fry for 2 minutes.
- Pre heat the milk in a seperate pan.
- Add this milk to the rice & cook until very soft.
- Add the saffron color, sugar & cook for 5 more minutes.
- Garnish with chopped almonds.
