Ingredients and quantity
- ragi – 250gms.
- Jaggery – 150gms.
- Cardamom – 5gms.
- Sesame seeds – 10gms.
- Peanuts – 10gms.
Method of preparation
- Make a dough with ragi flour, and roll it in a tawa.
- Powder the cooked ragi with cardamom.
- Powder sesame seeds, peanuts and jaggery.and mix to the powdered ragi.
- Mix all the ingredients together and make round balls.
