Seempaal
Ingredients and quantity
- Milk – 500ml.
- Jaggery – 50gms.
- Lemon – 2nos.
Method of preparation
- Boil half the portion of milk and add few drops of lemon to curdle the milk.
- Keep it aside.
- Boil the remaining milk again and let it to reduce ½ portion. Mix jaggery dissolved in water into it.
- Make small balls with the curdled milk.
- Finally pour the reduced milk over it.
