Ingredients and quantity

  • Coconut milk – 100gms.
  • Egg – 2nos.
  • Jaggery – 80gms.
  • Cardamom – 1no.
  • Khoya – 100gms.

Method of preparation

  1. Grate the jaggery and khoya.
  2. Beet the egg with jaggery and strain.
  3. Heat the milk and add the khoya and simmer till khoya dissolve and strain, allow to cool.
  4. Mix the egg and milk mixture with powder cardamom and Grease the tray and steam or bake it for 15 minutes, allow to cool and cut into diamonds garnish fried nut and silver wark.
