Ingredients and quantity

  • White pumpkin – 200gms.
  • Sugar – 90gms.
  • Cashew nuts – 20gms.
  • Raisins – 20gms.
  • Clarified butter – 50ml.
  • Oil – 10ml.
  • Orange red colour – ½ gms.
  • Cardamom powder – 2gms.
  • Mava – 75gms.

Method of preparation

  1. Sauté the grated pumpkin. Add mava and little water.
  2. Heat oil and clarified butter and fry the cashew nuts and raisins separately.
  3. Add sugar and add the colour. Add cardamom powder.
  4. Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins.
