Ingredients and quantity

  • Vegetable stock – 500ml.
  • Table Tomatoes – 200gms.
  • Garlic cloves – 5nos.
  • Salt – To taste.
  • Pepper – 5gms.
  • Butter – 5gms.
  • Bread slice – 1nos.
  • Oil – 3ml.

Method of preparation

  1. Make vegetable stock.
  2. Heat oil and fry the cubes of bread to make croutons for garnish.
  3. Heat oil, butter and add finely chopped garlic.
  4. Add the tomato puree and check the seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve garnished with bread croutons.
