Tomato soup
Ingredients and quantity
- Vegetable stock – 500ml.
- Table Tomatoes – 200gms.
- Garlic cloves – 5nos.
- Salt – To taste.
- Pepper – 5gms.
- Butter – 5gms.
- Bread slice – 1nos.
- Oil – 3ml.
Method of preparation
- Make vegetable stock.
- Heat oil and fry the cubes of bread to make croutons for garnish.
- Heat oil, butter and add finely chopped garlic.
- Add the tomato puree and check the seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve garnished with bread croutons.
