Ingredients and quantity
- Potatoes – 200gms.
- Oil – For frying.
- Garlic & Ginger chopped – 5nos.
- Chilli powder – 20gms.
- Coriander powder – 10gms.
- Salt – To taste
- Garam masala – 2gms.
- Capsicum – 55gms.
- Turmeric powder – 3gms.
- Onions – 40gms.
- Green chillies chopped – 2nos.
Method of preparation
- Quarter and boil the potatoes wi th salt, Cut the onions, capsicum in to cubes.
- Heat oil add chopped ginger, garlic, onions, green chillies, boiled potatoes, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala.
