Ingredients and quantity
- Potatoes – 200gms.
- Green peas (fresh) – 80gms.
- Oil – 20gms.
- Ground cumin – 10gms.
- Salt – To taste
- Ginger – 10gms.
- Green chillies – 4nos.
- Coriander leaves – 4gms.
- Red chilli power – 10gms.
- Turmeric powder – 5gms.
- Garam masala – 5gms.
- Chat masala – 5gms.
Method of preparation
- Wash and peel and boil the potatoes with salt.
- Mash the potatoes.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add green peas, chopped green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, chat masala and garam masala.
- Make tikkis of 3″ diameter.
- In a hot griddle plate tawa fry and serve hot.
