Ingredients and quantity
- Bhinidi / Ladies finger / Okra – 100gms.
- Oil – For frying.
- Garlic & Ginger paste – 5 nos.
- Chilli powder – 20gms.
- Coriander powder – 10gms.
- Salt – To taste
- Garam masala – 5gms.
- Asafoetida – 3gms.
- Corn flour – 75gms.
- Curry leaves – 2sprigs
- Rice flour – 25gms.
- Ajinomoto / Mono sodium glutamate – 2gms.
Method of preparation
- Wash and dry okra. Cut them into thin slices.
- Mix it with ginger & garlic paste
- Sieve the corn flour, rice flour with chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and asafoetida. Add ajinomoto. Mix it with the cut okra. Sprinkle little water and make it bind with the bhindi.
- Deep fry in oil. Serve garnished with curry leaves.
