Ingredients and quantity
- Onions – 1nos.
- Tomatoes – 1nos.
- Cucumber – ½ nos.
- Green chillies – 1nos.
- Coriander leaves – 1sprig
- Lemon juice – ¼ nos.
- Salt – To taste
- Oil – 5ml.
- Lemon / Vinegar 1part:Oil 3parts
Method of preparation
- Cut all the vegetables to dices. Chop the green chillies.
- Make the dressing with oil, salt and lemon juice.
- Just before the time of service. Mix all the vegetables.
- Apply the dressing. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Note: Acid base dressed dishes should always be made fresh and should not be stored after dressing.
