postheadericon Kachumbar Salad

Ingredients and quantity

  • Onions – 1nos.
  • Tomatoes – 1nos.
  • Cucumber – ½ nos.
  • Green chillies – 1nos.
  • Coriander leaves – 1sprig
  • Lemon juice – ¼ nos.
  • Salt – To taste
  • Oil – 5ml.
  • Lemon / Vinegar 1part:Oil 3parts

Method of preparation

  1. Cut all the vegetables to dices. Chop the green chillies.
  2. Make the dressing with oil, salt and lemon juice.
  3. Just before the time of service. Mix all the vegetables.
  4. Apply the dressing. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. Note: Acid base dressed dishes should always be made fresh and should not be stored after dressing.
  6. Lemon / Vinegar 1part:Oil 3parts
