Ingredients and quantity

  • Onions – 100gms.
  • Curd – 100ml.
  • Salt – To taste
  • Cumin powder – 3gms.

Method of preparation

  1. Remove the eye of the onion.
  2. Slice the onion to thin slices. Wash in chilled water.
  3. Mix the curd with onions and add salt.
  4. Garnish with cumin powder.
