Onion raita
Ingredients and quantity
- Onions – 100gms.
- Curd – 100ml.
- Salt – To taste
- Cumin powder – 3gms.
Method of preparation
- Remove the eye of the onion.
- Slice the onion to thin slices. Wash in chilled water.
- Mix the curd with onions and add salt.
- Garnish with cumin powder.
