Ingredients and quantity
- Cottage Cheese (Paneer) – 500 gms
- Onions – 200gms.
- Tomatoes – 400 gms Tomato (Tamatar)
- Ginger – 50gms.
- Green Chilly- 2nos.
- Cream – 250gms.
- Hung curd – 250ml.
- Butter – 100gms.
- Red Chili Powder – 10gms.
- Turmeric – 3gms.
- Pudina Leaves – 3gms.
- Garam Masala – 5gms.
- Milk -125ml.
Method of preparation
- Heat oil fry the paneer and immediately soak in warm water to release off the excess oil.
- In oil sauté the ginger, garlic paste, onions, tomato puree, chilli powder, slit green chillies, turmeric powder, pudina leaves (dried & powdered). Finally add garam masala and salt.
- Cook till the oil separates. Finally finish with curd cream and milk.
- Add the paneer and cook for sometime.
- Serve garnished with cream.
