Ingredients and quantity

  • Cottage Cheese (Paneer) – 500 gms
  • Onions – 200gms.
  • Tomatoes – 400 gms Tomato (Tamatar)
  • Ginger – 50gms.
  • Green Chilly- 2nos.
  • Cream – 250gms.
  • Hung curd – 250ml.
  • Butter – 100gms.
  • Red Chili Powder – 10gms.
  • Turmeric – 3gms.
  • Pudina Leaves – 3gms.
  • Garam Masala – 5gms.
  • Milk -125ml.

Method of preparation

  1. Heat oil fry the paneer and immediately soak in warm water to release off the excess oil.
  2. In oil sauté the ginger, garlic paste, onions, tomato puree, chilli powder, slit green chillies, turmeric powder, pudina leaves (dried & powdered). Finally add garam masala and salt.
  3. Cook till the oil separates. Finally finish with curd cream and milk.
  4. Add the paneer and cook for sometime.
  5. Serve garnished with cream.
